Yoga for Migraine was founded by Adriane Dellorco (RYT500), the world's leading expert on yoga for migraine and certified Pain Reprocessing Therapy coach. She is the founder of Yoga for Migraine and Beyond Migraine Coaching which offer transformational yoga and health coaching programs to people living with migraine and headache disorders.
She is a lifelong dancer and yoga practitioner who has been living with migraine since 2007. Yoga and brain retraining practices were instrumental in helping Adriane recover from chronic migraine. Adriane’s work has been featured in the Migraine World Summit, Migraine.com, HealthCentral and Healthline.
Adriane makes yoga and wellness accessible to the migraine community in her free Yoga for Migraine Facebook group. She is proud to advocate for migraine patients every year to Congress in Headache on the Hill.
Adriane’s mission is to help others decrease their own migraine symptoms and increase their quality of life with yoga and brain retraining practices.
